Suntel Family's 5 Charity Events to Kampong Chhnang, Battambang, Siem Reap, and Kampong Thom Provinces

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Isaac Wu, the President of Suntel Technology Cambodia Co., Ltd., whose kindness and generosity made this campaign possible. We also want to thank our dedicated staff and everyone involved in this project for their hard work and commitment, which ensured the campaign's success. 

There were 490 families from different villages, communes and districts from 4 provinces along Tonle Sap River joyfully received token from Suntel Technology Cambodia Co., Ltd, and with fully supported by the government officers from each province we went to and will always welcome Suntel family back to their provinces whenever the Company wants to visit them again in the near future.

2. Battambang Province – 100 families
3. Siem Reap Province
     A. Banteay Srey – 100 families
     B. Kampong Pluk – 100 families
4. Kampong Thom – 90 Students/Families

The majorities of older people the Company met were from Kampong Chhnang, Battambang and Siem Reap provinces that most of them have minority of Smartphones to use and with little knowledge about the technology, furthermore, the signal there in these provinces are very low to connect to their phone with Cellcard, Metfone and Smart. Their Social Medias are Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. There is only one app the people are using there as their main platform in communication is Telegram.

The last but not least province we visited was Kampong Thom Province, Chher Teal Technology Institute. There were 90 students who attended and received the token from Suntel family’s charity. The students here are using telegram as their main communication and connection to one another. Their Social Media are Facebook, TikTok and YouTube and the signal is a bit fast with some areas and so slow with other areas with Cellcard, Metfone and Smart.

So far, the students in Chher Teal Technology Institute were very excited and interested about new technology, especially, the newest/latest technology Suntel Technology Cambodia Co., Ltd will bring to them.

Otherwise, the signal connects to phones and Internet in these provinces are in great challenges even on the top of Bak Kheng Temple and Kbal Spean at Siem Reap due to some specific locations/areas are prohibited by the authorities in their boundary from installing the antennas so these are great obstacles for villagers to access to good speed to internet nor Wifi.

Lastly, we were so very grateful for the good connection with the authorities from each province, and they have welcomed the Suntel family very warmly. Through this, it is truly an opportunity for Suntel to grow faster, bigger and stronger in the next steps because we have built strong relationships with needy families in remote areas, with needy students, and with high ranking government officers. The Suntel family loves them, and they love us.
